Ms. Darshna Gupta is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Mahindra University. She has varied experience in the corporate and research domain in sustainability, climate change and corporate due diligence.
A lawyer by training, she completed her Masters in Law from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2020. During her Masters, her focus areas were Intellectual Property Rights and Environment Law. She has varied experience in the corporate and research domain in sustainability, climate change and corporate due diligence. Apart from work, she also contributes as an editor and writer for varied journals of repute. Further, she has also worked as a human rights teaching fellow for, The Humans Project.
